Biography

Kyoko Hashimoto is a Japanese model, pink film actress, and an early adult video (AV) star and was born on February 15, 1964, in Saitama Prefecture, Japan. She made her entry into the adult video (AV) industry in 1984 with the video "3 Sisters Live Performance" for the company Boxland. She followed this with another video for Boxland, "Honban gāru anzu, chomechome sarechatta no Hashimoto Kyōko," in the same year. Hashimoto also appeared in the 1986 video "Sexy Video Club 16" produced by Cosmos Plan, an early AV studio. During the mid to late 1980s, she ventured into hardcore uncensored underground photobooks, commonly known as "urabon." Hashimoto expanded her career into pink films, making her debut in the genre with a role in "Misshitsuhen Taichōkyō" in 1985, directed by Sachi Hamano. She continued to work in pink films, gaining recognition and awards for her performances. Despite challenges faced by the pink film industry due to the rise of adult videos, Hashimoto remained a prominent figure. She transitioned between pink films and mainstream cinema, even taking part in a superhero comedy titled "Daikansho Kamen" in 1992 and a small role in "Weather Woman" in 1995.
