In Caroline and Stephen's room a loose tile causes concern. During an afternoon of baking, Ged announces he's been a chef for 25 years - a boast that leads to him having egg on his face. At breakfast the service is far from smooth, and after some serious errors Kevin has to face stiff criticism at feedback. He is stunned by the comments, saying there will be no more Mr Nice Guy.
