Mehveş Topçuoğlu, born in 2002, is an animator, filmmaker, and designer based in Ankara, Turkiye. She completed a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from Bilkent University in 2024. Her works include projects in animation and visual storytelling, with a focus on traditional, multimedia, and analog animation techniques, often incorporating an experimental approach.
